SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays and there could be a delay because of Covid-19 or the lockdown in certain countries.

If Neostasi is experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow an additional day in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, Neostasi representatives will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY ESTIMATIONS

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPMENT TO P.O. BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES

Neostasi ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and all required information must be provided to avoid any delays.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped and it will contain your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Delivery timing will be communicated to you by the delivery company.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Every country has its laws and regulations and Neostasi is not in any way intending to violate any. Neostasi is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

Neostasi is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

Neostasi reserves the right to select which locations Neostasi doesn’t ship to for various reasons that may not be exhausted in explanations.

All Neostasi website orders are shipped through Posti and the accurate delivery time is determined by Posti. Due to Covid-19, there could be delays from time to time.
